Ian Biggin and Martin Butters have over 70 years combined experience in the speciality chemical sector with responsibilities for research, product development, and latterly new technology and applications. Our successes in key areas of new technology - including phase change materials - lead us to where we are today, having left BASF to commence this business in 2010. We're passionate about innovation in new technology and especially in developing new products and applications utilising an organisation's existing knowledge, know how and capabilities. Of course we are primarily promoting our services towards PCM technology, as it is an area that is emerging and where the Opportunities are considerable and is, of course, one in which we have significant knowledge and experience.

Building Envelope Evolution is a "new" company, with a very experienced team around its chairman Mike Mapston (http://www.buildingenvelope.co.uk/about-us/the-team/mike-mapston). Look through BEE's website and you will see that they are a company with a fresh attitude to construction, but have been in the industry dealing with advanced building systems for many years. There is a massive shortage of viable housing in the UK and both new builds and existing buildings need to embrace the changes which will lead to buildings having higher levels of performance across the spectrum. BEE work with both new and existing buildings, with a view to providing a full range of services aimed at raising the quality of buildings within a sustainable framework and wherever possible, an affordable price.
